Welcome to PJMM's Learning area! Here, we'll occasionally provide learning materials to help coaches and other site visitors upgrade their software skills so that they can better manage their meets and their teams. Although you may feel free to ask us any questions about the skills presented here, PJMM may not be able to offer answers. Learning materials found here will be in Adobe's Acrobat Reader (PDF) format. Acrobat Reader is a free helper application that has become a standard tool for sharing documents over the web. Using Hy-Tek's Meet Manager Meet Manager allows meet management staff to run swim meets of all sizes, from single-gender dual meets to large championship meets. Below is the first in a series of occasional learning guides for coaches and meet management staff. Exporting results from a Meet Manager database This Meet Manager learning guide will help you export meet results so that they can be used to create top times lists in Team Manager II. Using Hy-Tek's Team Manager II In 2001, Hy-Tek Ltd. released Team Manager II, a software package that helps coaches manage & analyze athlete performance data. Team Manager II can also be used to create digital meet entries that greatly simplify the meet entry process. In fall 2001, PJMM's Josh Wilson (who works away from the pool as an IT Trainer at Tufts University) taught a training session on Team Manager II for NESCAC swim coaches. As a service to other swim coaches & teams, here's the course guide from that session and an additional learning module on TMII.
