Exporting
results from your meet database
using Meet Manager
Once
a meet is complete, you'll need to export results from your meet
database so that you (or another coach) can import results into
Team Manager for use in creating top times lists and future meet
entries.

Here's
how to export results:
- From
the File menu, choose the Export submenu and then
the menu item labeled Results for Team Manager.
- Meet
Manager will display a window labeled Export Results.
- Click
on the down-facing arrow next to the box labeled Team near
the top of the Export Results window.
- From
the drop-down menu that appears, click on the name of the team
whose results you wish to export.
- To
export results from both teams, click on All Teams.
- Confirm
that the following options are selected:
- Gender:
Both
- Relays:
Relays Plus Athletes
- Include
Splits
- Zip
the .CL2 file
Tip:
Choosing Both from the Gender area allows you
to export results for men and women when both have competed in the
same dual meet. To export results only for your women's team, click
on the option button labeled Female Only. To export results
only for your men's team, click on the option button labeled Male
Only.
- Click
OK to begin the export process.
- Click
OK to complete the export process.
- Next,
choose the location where you'll save the results file that you're
creating.
- From
the Meet Results window, click on the down-facing arrow
next to the box labeled Drive.
- From
the menu that appears, click on the drive where you wish to save
your results file.
Tip:
To save your results file to a floppy drive, choose the drive
labeled a:.
- Next,
in the box labeled Directory, double-click on the folder
where you wish to save your results file.
- Click
OK to save your results file.
- Once
the file has been saved, Meet Manager will alert you by displaying
a final message that tells you the name of your results file and
confirms the location where it was saved.
- Write
down the name and location of your results file, and click OK
to dismiss this window.
- Once
you've saved your results file, you can then attach it to an email
and send it to the NESCAC office or to another coach.
