Creating your entry with HyTek's Team Manager

As in past years, PJ Meet Management offers a meet events file that can be imported into your team database using Team Manager. This events file will save you time when creating your entry, and will help ensure that your entry is correctly added to the meet database for the NESCAC Championships.

To download the events file, follow the download instructions on this page. Be sure to save the events file in a location that you can find later!

Once you have downloaded the events file, use PJMM's guide to importing events to learn how to import this events file into your team database. You may also wish to print this page for reference.

Please note: The relay format for this meet requires unorthodox numbering of relay events. When creating your entry, enter your relay teams for prelims in the following events:

• Event 201: 200 Freestyle Relay (A, B, and C teams)
• Event 209: 400 Medley Relay (A, B, and C teams)
• Event 210: 200 Medley Relay (A, B, and C teams)
• Event 117: 800 Freestyle Relay (B teams only)
• Event 17: 800 Freestyle Relay (A teams only)
• Event 224: 400 Freestyle Relay (A, B, and C teams)

If you have already created events in Team Manager, please renumber your relay events to match the ones above.

  • Download the events file to your computer by clicking with your right mouse button on the link below.
  • From the menu that appears, choose Save Link As.
  • Select a location on your computer in which to save this file.
• Internet Explorer users:
  • Download the events file to your computer by clicking with your right mouse button on the link below.
  • From the menu that appears, choose Save Target As.
  • Select a location on your computer in which to save this file.

PJ Meet Management provides downloadable team rosters for each NESCAC school. All rosters are in Team Manager export format for easy import into Meet Manager databases.

To download & import a team roster:

• Download the roster file to your computer by clicking with your right mouse button on the link below.
• From the menu that appears, choose Save Target As or Save Link As.
• Select a location on your computer in which to save this file.
• From Meet Manager's File menu, select the Import submenu and then click on the Rosters Only menu item.
• Using the window that appears, navigate to the location on your computer where you saved the roster file.
• Click on the roster file and then click on the Open button.
• Meet Manager will unzip the roster file and prepare it for import. Click OK to continue.
• In the window that appears, click on the file named HFILE001.HY3 and then click Open.
• Meet Manager will display some information about the roster file. Click OK to continue.
• If Meet Manager asks whether to copy competitor number from the import file, click No to continue.
• Finally, Meet Manager will import the file and display some information about the number of athletes it added to your meet database. Click OK to finish the process.
